Roasting schedule: We roast on Mondays and Thursdays for orders to be shipped. Orders placed by 12:00 pm Monday will be roasted that day and shipped out on Tuesday. Orders placed by 12:00 pm Thursday will be roasted that day and shipped out on Friday.

If you would like to purchase fresh roasted coffee, we would be happy to fill your order. Please order from the Shop page, and you will receive your coffee as soon as we can roast it just for you! All prices are shown per pound. Coffee will be packaged in heat-sealed zip-lock bags with one-way valve. The valve is necessary to allow the coffee to de-gas without letting outside air back in. Enjoy the freshness! Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

USPS Priority Mail: In most cases, the expected delivery time is 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery data does not come with a money-back guarantee.

USPS Parcel Select: Parcel Select offers U.S. delivery within 2-8 days for packages being delivered to the contiguous 48 states.  If your package is being delivered to or from Alaska, Hawaii or an U.S. territory, Parcel Select delivery times can be significantly longer.
