We opened the doors of Cedarburg Coffee Roastery in the summer of 1999 and have been happily working on becoming a small part of the wonderful community of Cedarburg. Our passion for coffee led us to discover a way to bring the best coffee to all of our fellow coffee lovers. Coffee is best when it is fresh, and the best way to get fresh coffee is to roast it often and close to the people. That's why we crafted our shop with old-world charm and put the roaster and the people center-stage! Green coffee beans have unique, subtle flavors locked within the bean, which are released by the roasting process. Thirty hours after roasting, coffee beans reach their peak flavor. We mark all of our coffees with the date of the roast, so that you can be assured of getting the best tasting cup of coffee possible. We offer an extensive variety of arabica coffees from around the world, from Guatemala and Costa Rica, to Ethiopia and Kenya, plus exotics such as Jamaican Blue Mountain and Hawaiian Kona. Our featured blend is Cedarburg Blend, a flavorful combination of light and dark roasted beans. |
